Your main tasks
- You will be responsible for all daily living tasks for people with disabilities.
- You will be responsible for toileting, changing, transfers and helping with meals.
- You will be required to use adapted vehicles and to secure wheelchairs
- You will be required to use medical equipment (patient lifts, shower chairs, medical beds)
Your skills
- You have some initial experience of working in an adapted residential setting
- You are developing or in the process of training in the medical-social field
- You have trained as a nurse, care assistant, AMP, occupational therapist, etc.
- You are a carer for people with disabilities
- You are familiar with the use of medical equipment (patient lifts, medical beds, etc.)
- You are familiar with daily assistance (nursing)
Desired profile
- You're a team player, dynamic and positive
- You will be able to adapt quickly, with autonomy and empathy, and you will have a concern for well-being.
- You will be rigorous and have a good sense of organisation and priorities
- You will be available, punctual, a good listener and knowledgeable about tourism.
- You must have the following diplomas or qualifications:
- Attestation de prévention et secours civique
- Certificate of first aid at work
- Certificate of training in emergency procedures and care
- A driving licence is required
Remuneration
Fixed-term contract under French law (for EU nationals) at 83 euros gross per day worked, 10% precariousness allowance and 10% paid holiday at the end of the contract.
