Your telephone number and email address will be used to keep you informed about the status of your application, as well as network developments and opportunities—specifically regarding business acquisition opportunities.
BEHANDI acts as the data controller and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, or deletion of data. Depending on the nature of your request, the recipients of this personal data include duly authorized BEHANDI personnel, its agencies, its subcontractors, and its partners. Once your request has been submitted, no data remains stored on the site's technical platform.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and the amended Data Protection Act (*Loi Informatique et Libertés*), any User who provides proof of identity has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
